Please review the rules governing project listings, bidding, and use of ProjectsBid.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProjectsBid, submitting a project URL, or submitting a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. The Leaderboard Ranking System

ProjectsBid operates a competitive ranking board. The rules governing the leaderboard are as follows:

  • Rankings are determined solely by the verified total bid amount of each project.
  • To claim a higher rank, a project must have a cumulative total strictly greater than the competing project.
  • Rankings are dynamic and recalculate in real time when new verified bids arrive.
  • A project may be outbid at any time by another builder placing a higher total bid.

3. Payments & Non-Refundable Bids

All bids placed on ProjectsBid represent voluntary competitive payments to promote project visibility on the leaderboard. Because rankings update in real time upon confirmation, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

4. Acceptable Content & Code Guidelines

ProjectsBid is built for software builders, designers, and creators. We prohibit:

  • Malware, spyware, phishing links, or harmful code distributions.
  • Illegal services, scam schemes, or deceptive websites.
  • Explicit, hateful, defamatory, or harassing material.
  • Submissions violating third-party trademarks or copyrights.

ProjectsBid reserves the right to remove any listing violating these rules without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Builders retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights to their submitted software, source repositories, and project trademarks. By submitting, you grant ProjectsBid a non-exclusive license to display your project name, logo, screenshot, and description on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProjectsBid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific user traffic volumes, click-through rates, or financial returns resulting from leaderboard placement.
